We are seeking practicum students, associates, licensed clinicians, and pre and post-doctoral students to join our team with the Counseling Clinic at Petaluma People Services Center (PPSC). At PPSC, you’ll have the opportunity to work with diverse clients, partake in individual and group supervision, and be in a supportive environment in which to grow. We’re a team-based learning community that supports each of our members in discovering the clinical approach that resonates most deeply with them.

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to work under general supervision of the Director of PEACE, to provide clinical supervision to trainees/interns/licensed clinicians; assist with development of training and new programs; performs general administrative functions, and assumes duties of department director in absence of incumbent.

Petaluma People Services Center is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead all HR functions for our growing organization. This is a critical leadership role reporting directly to the Executive Director, serving as the primary HR leader and strategic partner in building and maintaining a healthy, and mission-driven workplace.
SAFE Team - Training Manager
Petaluma People Services Center is seeking a SAFE Team Program Director to lead and oversee day-to-day SAFE Team operations. This role partners closely with the Executive Director to strengthen policies and procedures, support SAFE leadership, and ensure high-quality service delivery through ongoing training and field-based quality assurance. The Program Director also cultivates strong relationships with partner agencies and supports program development and funding efforts in communities with emerging interest in SAFE services.
The SAFE Team Training Manager serves as the lead trainer, with the support Program Director, to coordinate and train new hires and support the lead team members to enhance in-field training. Training includes extensive classroom and driver training as well as significant in-field supervision. This position will require 40 hours a week of training and supervision work, including six to twelve hours of shifts on the van each week.
